1.-does  cruelty and surgical precision  damge incresed and crit chance  2 ure pets and minions?
2.-does afliction  increse the elemental atack strenght of ure elementals minions?


not from expertises but also interesting:
3.-does the stat elemental atack strenght from armors  increse the elemental atack strenght of ure elementals minions?

About the expertise skill, I don't think that any expertises, except Leadership, affect your minions.
As for the elemental attack from your gear, you'll see many people saying that it affects your elementals, however, I fail to see how it could be related to your elementals. Personally, I have rejected this theory, especially since it's not verified.

Elemental Build Expertise:
Leadership is a no-brainer, it directly increases your summons’ damage.  However, Affliction should be second on your list, because your elementals DO gain the boost as well.  Beyond these two, it is up to you and your play style. "Hellgate Global Summoner Builds Guide" by Jinnai

Don't know Jinnai but his other information has so far been accurate, Cruelty and Surgical precision are confirmed affecting Swarm but have been reported not transferring through Zombie Sacrifice so most likely does not affect any other minions as well. respeccing my ele summ expertise soon so ill get back to this with what results i can dig up. Having tested this a long time ago,I failed to notice the Elementals receiving any boost from Affliction.
If we were to be technical,they shouldn't either way since the term "Elemental" shouldn't refer to both the ele strengths of a player and minions of the same name for the sake of clarity.But this is a game plagued by botched translations and lack of clarity.So further testing should be the way to go with this.
