Cube problem [2018 Global release]

Is it just me that have problem with Cube?
when i pick up an item , the COMBINE and CREATE go unclickable and also cant fill the cube it wont work when i try to put the materials.

Cube doesn't work at the moment. Maybe in the future if they decide to release Tokyo expansion ... Since we need the cube to craft keys for accessing Tokyo content , they have to make it work.

Looks like it's right explanation, because even mission on charing cross with Tokyo content doesn't appear.
