Moved Topics - Class and Site Discussion

As you can see, there's a new class subforum because we need some separation between class talk and...everything else. I'm moving topics over, but some are sort of borderline on where they belong.
Right now I'm moving everything that references classes, builds, and faction-specific items. Mechanics that aren't class-specific (mods, general crit calculations, etc) are here.

Basically, post here if the placement of some posts is confusing or you have suggestions for the above.

Also, the Suggestions forum has been repurposed for general site talk and discussion, which includes the forums, skill planner, and wiki.
