1h and 2h legendaries from the cube.
1h sometimes gives nothing, occasionally 3 nothings in a row.
The green evoker item did not give blue or legendary versions, so they may have been the misses.
2h gives XM57, Arclight thermite, poseiden and talon, no FS, XM55, firefox or Trident.
No uniques. Weapon levels matched char levels quite closely.

HGL has this occasional eccentricity when using the pre-packaged lvl 50 chars or hexed XP chars, it sometimes drops a few lvl 50 items into the mix.
If this happens when the cube is being used and that cube has been hexed to include some uniques, then Ruperts and Voodoo is what you get right out of the box.

hi,

im new here and would like to ask about a question regarding the cube formulas. is there any way to get the cube to make chests and boots, the engine seems only to want to make gloves and pants. barring that is there a way to unstack mats? thanks.

At one stage I could use a crafter to spit some mats out of a stack.
Find something they sell that uses the mat you want to split, drag in the mat, it accepts only as much as the recipe calls for, close the crafter window and you got a split stack.
You could rinse and repeat. You can also put your mats in the locker and go farm a second stack. Long time since I did it but I guess it still works.

Yes, the Transmogrifying Cube is now available for SP via our "Fun-Patch". There are also some other items available for SP that were previously only available in MP. To get an overview of all the new features or to download the patch, go here http://http://www.hellgateaus.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=4. A short tutorial on how to install these patches can be found here http://http://www.hellgateaus.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=72&t=991.

That is FANTASTIC!!  I can't tell you how long I've been playing SP and didn't realize this forum was here.  I'm so glad someone told me about it.  I miss HGL so much.  Nice to see I'm not the only one.  :) :) :)  And thank you for the tip.  This is too kewl.  Now, to figure out how to get the Zombot ticker, organ & blood parts I need to make my pet.

1. Make sure you start a new character as "Elite for Normal". You will get good mobs and loot without the XP penalities.
2. If those mobs aren't challenging enough or dropping enough zombot bits, look into installing DAWE1313's mod - it greatly increases the mob quality and density - and adds a lot more PALA to the treasure passageways as an added bonus.

Good luck, follow the mod instructions and if in doubt just ask... lots of helpful people on the forums here (just like the old days)  :).

Thank you for the speedy response.  I'll have to try that.  So, I have to be in Elite Normal mode to get the zombot pieces?  I bought the schematic in Normal mode, but I guess I can't get it that way.  Ok, thank you very much for being so helpful.

No, you can get them in Normal mode too, but the drops are better in Elite Normal (like the old Elite mode but without the penalties that FSS imposed in the original game). So with better drops you have a better chance of getting the parts you need, plus you will level faster - it's like the MP days of power leveling, except you're all by yourself  .

Scrap Material (24), Rare Scrap Material (3), Blessed Shard (24), Rare Runic Fragment (3), RARE Tech Component (24) - Creates random chest armor.

tested on 1.2.1, fine with boots but for glove, use ordinary runic fragment, instead of rare
