Thank you Seferoth.

People tend to overlook the mix of slavery, inspiration and devotion that goes into these and that it all comes at a cost.

Ancient Blood aka The Hall of Seferoth.
It kinda needs a new statue or two in there...

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.  Arthur Schopenhauer (1788 - 1860)

Even a century after Einstein published the theory of relativity, often acknowledged as the greatest achievement of the human intellect, it has still not been recognized by a Nobel Prize. His earlier work on photoemission did get a Noble Prize. Einstein's criticism of the nuke also resulted in the teaching of German being discouraged in America, so much for freedom in the land of the free. Such are the extremes of human nature and its disabilities.

Obama got a Nobel Peace Prize for reading a speech written by someone else from a teleprompter.
So money buys speechwriters and money buys prizes. So much for truth.

We are what we are.
Thank God we are not all the same.

Better late then never! ;) I hope you enjoy the Lost London. Few tips, Lost Londons merchants can sell uniques and drop rates are better in Lost London so you can find those cool items somewhat faster then in vanilla Hellgate. Still, those better items are still rare though.

thanx pal im seriously enjoying it SPECIALLY the dual class feature! and yeah ur right the drop rate is awesome! its like borderlands right now! u keep get new weapons to play with!
btw i only have one complain, the running speed is way to fast and OP specially for hunter class! enemies almost cant catch me, can you please turn it back to normal one? it was more realistic and challenging and sprint was more useful, right now with correct speed its like sprint forever lol :P
i miss the old intense running away from hord of zombies,
the sprint speed is good though its nice to have a fast travel move :)
again thanx alot for this great mod! im having a blast ^^

Gee Sef, its different again.
Probably suit those who wanted less mobs at entrances and no slowdown problems.
Special mobs are seen less yet the Hunter drops are pleasing.
You have been busy finding new ways to balance things.

I don't want to give anything away so I will resist the temptation.
The mix of unexpected enemies at lower levels does help to bring back some old tingles up the backbone.
Death City had me thinking of some place else altogether, the road around a big park in global.
Its a change to be disorientated again. The old server days were quite good for the unexpected.

This may suit drones and summons better.

Heh, I'm wearing +60% speed boots ahrimansiah, with the hope of NOT getting caught.
I have these anxieties from way back, something to do with rift coils, what I want is an OP blink skill so I really can get away. Good golly Miss Molly!
I thought LL5 seemed a bit slow.... there you go, can't please everybody so you might as well just please yourself. Wonder what NM elite will be like.

man the speed is really bodering me, my templar with heavy armor and shield run like ninja which is SO unrealistic for my eyes,
is there any way that i can change the speed back to normal for my own taste?
also it would be great if there was somekind of debug code for max level, i would like to test vendors and see what they got in max level for each class

I added a movement speed change option to addons pack. You can now use it to change the movement speed of Lost London to get back the original slower speed 8)

Wondered if you would be saying farewell Seferoth.

There is much in LL5 that looks like a finished product.
Merchant drops, mob drops, even locker item spawns look like they might be right.
Mixed enemies looks like the way of the future.

I may need to try various options in order to understand the scaling and how viable drones etc are.
It looks like a template for any future modding/MP2 import attempts, if anyone is brave enough that is.

I hope you and LL5 will be around for whatever future lies ahead.
Thank you for all you have put into HG for the benefit of all.
It is going to take time for people to absorb this :)

Lost London V is the most balanced and complete version of Lost London mods in my view. Countless of hours were spent to test the correct spawn and drop rates in Lost London V and atleast im happy for the results. Still, nothings perfect, but i tried my best. I will be around and might release some optional addons if requested for Lost London V. Also, Thanks for your continous support Yandor it really has made difference for me and i hope the best future for you too.

Seferoth

There is an obvious objection to the longer of the long passages.
There are also multiple obvious reasons behind you using long passages.

The shop inventories for weapons and armors are limited to player class items, removing the two thirds of unwanted class items.

The specials and the number of specials are important for delivering the full range of player class legendaries and uniques. If the two thirds of the items that specials drop which are of the wrong class could be replaced with player class items, the number of specials needed and the length of the passages might be reduced by 2/3.

You have probably thought of this already but I will mention it anyway.

Well i have made tough decisions between balance and fun, yet there are things in Lost London that wont please everyone. Lost London is afterall a Total Conversion mod, not an expanded Hellgate:London mod like Revival or Nakahagu Mod. Also i included these huge areas to Lost London simply becouse i could, that particular feature is something that im extremely proud of and was extremely difficult thing to mod. Finding way to alter the coding lines which defines what is in each stage and then manipulating it so that every quest works in these "new" areas was a challenge which i managed to overcome although it took me over a year to do so. Lost London V is what it is, its a huge compilation of features and ideas, an ambitious creation which took 4 years to make. Is it perfect? Hell no! Still, it is exactly what i wanted it to be :)

Edit: In my quest to try to please everyone i made sure to give people a chance to change some of the features of Lost London with the addons pack. Although the more complex the Lost London got the harder it was to make addons for it :(
