Thanks for the reply Morphy,

When you mentioned "are you sure the patch worked?", it gave me the idea to simply try installing the chestfix patch again.
I ran it through the old launcher (again), and this time it worked! My first chest was populated with items, weapon mods, and palladium.

I don't know why the first installation effort didn't work, but I'm glad the second time did!

I only get a health and a few palladiums - my chest fix always says that treasure.cooked isn't referenced in any index.

Maybe that's why?
I think this fix is a bodge at best - maybe it'll be fixed properly in a new beta?

you donot have to install it before or after installing Revival 1.5, what you need is just the 1.5b launcher, it would be installed exactly like 1.5b. i cannot have it capable with other mods right now because my programming ability is not that good

So i dont need to install 1.2.1 mod in between? just SP, MP 1.5 launcher and 1.5 mod thats it ?

Yes, that's it. Though you might be better served with version 1.5b2 since that includes the chest and moloch fixes.

Look at this image, Default client made a mistake in the SP_x64 \hellgate_sp_dx9_x64.exe. Will tell me how to undo's.

As I posted on your other link hatakekakasi, you cannot change that to x32 due to your OS being x64 bit system.  If you are using any windows that uses the 64bit system, that is what the app detects.  There isn't nothing to worry about it.
