You can, ofcourse, make new string file (look into Revival mod).
You must create new line in table "string_files". File MUST be added like last.
Then you can create own string text file with proper format. This new file can be cooked in Hellpack, but never can be again uncooked - you must every changes make in original text file and after that cook it again.
Its possible replace original game string with string from this new file.
For example - if you want rename some weapon, to newly created file you can add line with new name. Then you must open file with items, find this weapon and replace number of name string with new one, from new file.
