Greetings,
I'm interested in creating a mod based on Hellgate London for Duke Nukem 3D and was wondering what tools I would need and where to get them that would allow me to view the models, extract sound effects, view menu graphics/art and overall have access to the game's assets.
I've downloaded Reanimator but am not sure if this is what I'm looking for my purposes.
