Balbis Ring

Balbis Ring does this miracle exist at all? Dozens of catacombs runs to Occulus and nothing. The same items drop out constantly in Hell and in Normal. Even mixing them in a cube doesn't get you anywhere. A new item drops out, but always one of those who throw in. At the station in the store, the merchant does not offer any legendary items and on the forums I read that you can find him there. Maybe this is another mistake that needs to be added to a long list?

Balbi's Ring should drop in areas where the enemy level is close to its level. Cannon Street Rail was a common area to farm it in Global, if memory serves.
