You can install any mod But first read the instructions which of them are compatible, the Steam version has a bug of dropping frames per second on the Intel processor, and also the Steam version is similar to the global version with the Tokyo add-on, so it's up to you to choose

you don't need a reanimator to install mods, all you need is to unpack the archive into the folder with the game "HELLGATE_London\data"
choose a mod to your liking download the archive and unpack.
