changed some rules when it comes to games? like i can't play phantasy star online 2 if y don't set my windows store to US.
in belgium a bunch of games that have lockboxes have been banned, Even ESO players can't buy crates in belgium, rules change like that all the time, maybe germany blocked Hellgate?
