Hellgate: London/Revival & Hellgate: Global/Steam installed at the same time.

They both use the same Documents\My Games\Hellgate path for settings and save files and that seems like an issue considering each game has different settings and saves aren't compatible.

Does anybody know any way to change the path for these files on one of the versions of Hellgate?

Is there a registry entry I can change or something?

I noticed that upon installing Hellgate: London/Revival then installing the steam version afterword gave me access to "very high" textures and it drastically improved game performance.

Just thought some people might be interested in that.

I've seen this mentioned before. Would be very interesting to find out if this works across the board and if it tackles the dreaded fps bug.
Certainly a good find either way.

The STEAM version data structure is different from the previous version, so it is not possible to install both versions in the same folder. But it can be installed in different folders.

btw: London 2038 (Closed Alpha) Client and Hellgate London Revival Mod Can be integrated into the same folder.

I did install steam ver after i install original from dvd, nothing happen tell before 2 days i was on necropols lvl 3, and the fps issue back :\
i really hoped this will resolve the problem, but yet perhaps we closes,need some one expert with compatible windows, and "steam has no 64x exe launcher".

*Anyway whatever! i can tell this steam ver was bad idea to release like that, as fan of this game i want only patch to fix small slit issue no need to mention them...
