how to add 30 days diassembler?

i see that the hacked Chars on the download Version has 30 days diassembler but my Question is how to add them on a char? can any one helps me?

Open inventory -> Check lower right corner, right below all your stuff where it says "Not Use" -> set to "Rare" or whatever you prefer

i do not ask how to activate them. i asked how to add an hacked 30 days diassembler to the game ;)
