Hello

I've created a update to the mod contra uploaded. It includes most the changes/fixes their mod offers plus a LOT more. You MUST still use their mod for full benefits. I've added a bunch of cash shop items to the merchants. I've added Storage Containers, Consumables, Jewelry, & Pets. I've created 3 Item Boxes Value Package (10K), Costume Package (10K) & Premium Package (250K). Value Package offers 1 out of 25 different Non Stonehenge Dyes with all different effects. Some of the Dyes were based on London 2038 dyes. Costume Package offers 1 out of 18 different Costumes which have 7AA with a special costume that has both a mask & armor both with 7AA. Premium Package offers the mask & armor from the quest Cynthia's Project & can be augmented. I've added the Fawkes, Halloween & Christmas Event items to custom drop tables. I didn't enable the events as they are broken. I've added the Set Shoulders, Torso & Belt items to the drop table as Base Defense is broken. Astaroth has a 1% Chance to drop Set Shoulders (Hell ONLY), The Desiccator has a 1% Chance to drop Set Belts(Hell ONLY) & Berial has a 1% Chance to drop Set Torsos (Hell ONLY). I changed the Event Helmets to Masks so now you can wear them and still were a helmet. I fixed the Full Set Bonus to include 5AA. Items can now be Augmented 6 times. I also enabled the last 3 Nano Forge upgrades bringing it to +23. Enabled auto pickup on most consumables including the event ones. I enabled Donation/Event Buffs. The Buffs are pretty powerful so I've uploaded 2 versions one with buffs & one without. I also increased stack sizes even more & changed some items that weren't able to be stacked can now. Changed some items buy Limits so you can buy unlimited. I'm sure there is more changes I can't remember.



Donation/Event Buffs:
+5% Health Regen
+200% Power Regen
+20% Damage
+200% Power Points
+10% Movement Speed
+200% Exp
+30% Exp & +10 AA
+50% Armor & Shields
+1000% All Defense
0 Sprint Cooldown
+40% Luck

This is still a early release some things might not fully work. That being said it's been tested and everything seems to work as intended. If you come across a problem post and I'll work on a fix. Also open to suggestions.

Well done Mayhem 👍 it's been brilliant working with you and testing each step of this for you. It works amazingly and adds really cool features.
There comes a point in life, where all you can do ...... is be awesomely insane...

Still an early release but it seems to work enough to release it into the wilds.

Why does Mask and Body Armor (even augmented) disappear when I remove this mod from the data folder? I only pasted it there for a moment to buy three things, then the mod is unnecessary.

If an item relies on the mod's contents/files and the mod is reverted, then the item in question will likely either disappear or malfunction.
For instance,
I changed the Event Helmets to Masks so now you can wear them and still were a helmet.
this changes item types. If the game detects a type misalignment it can't properly determine/identify the item in question (eg detecting a Helmet item in the Mask slot).
Items can now be Augmented 6 times.
This rule was not present before, so the game will require tweaked files to allow this to occur on items (especially if the sum of affixes on an item exceeds the original cap of 6).
Premium Package offers the mask & armor from the quest Cynthia's Project & can be augmented.
These items were previously only available during the Cynthia's Project quest. I'm assuming this was handled either code-side or set up data-side to remove the items on quest completion - but no matter how it was set up, this mod changes that. With its removal the game reverts to normal, so it'd likely not allow these items to persist outside of the quest's duration.

In brief, modded items typically require altered files to function/persist. So in this case you'd need to keep the mod's item-related files and only remove the other ones to both keep the items and remove (most of) the rest of the mod.

The base item was never meant to be kept & gets removed automatically.  As Bryan said I changed it's type so the items stays. Removing the mod reverts them back to to the defualt type and gets removed. From Testing a item that has 6 augments stays just shows a -3 in the remaining augments. Most changes get baked into the save not sure why it doesn't for the Quest Mask/Armor my guess is it's hard coded not to be kept and only the type change in the mod keeps it from being removed.

There is more changes then just cash shop items but I'm sure that's what the main thing everybody is looking for.

If so, make a completely new Mask and Body Armor under a different name, so that they are not related to any quest but with the same stats, including reducing damage reduction from 90% to 5%, as you did :)

2. Would it be ok to add Stonehange Dye Kits? 60 runs to Moloch and still no Dye +AA :o

3. Reducing the size of the backpack available for purchase from 2x2 to 1x1. If you have 20 of them in your backpack like I do, half of them are not visible, you would have to arrange them more loosely, that's why I removed this mod right after buying the pet, bracelet and neckpiece.

Great job for making this mod :)

1. I haven't tested it but would think if you create a new item and remove the mod the item will still disappear.

2. I could add the SH dyes but didn't want to include already dropping items to the lists.

3. I have the Backpack set to max pickup of 1. How do you have 20 of them?

Curious why don't you want to leave the mod installed?

I don't know if Contra or Gorvex did it or someone else, I don't remember. I remember that I asked for more backpacks for mods only because they no longer fit in my box and I asked for their size to be reduced to 1x1. He agreed without any problem.

I just install what I need. In this mod you can find some cheese, cakes and other things that I don't even know what they are for. I haven't played HG Global or mods for this game, so I don't know anything about drops from events, etc.... :o

I don't think the backpack upgrades are even necessary. https://hellgateaus.cyou/forum/steam/hellgate-london-2018-modification-v0-1-for-hgl-steam-version-2-1-0-4/ makes it so your inventory and bank are just massive by default without having to upgrade. That would be an easier way to handle it.

The Merchant sells a 1x1 Storage (Used in Stash), Mod Bag (Used in Stash or Inventory) & Inventory Bag (Used in Inventory). My mod also removes the limit you can buy  these the items so you can buy more then the base game lets you.

The event drops contain Uniques, Pets & Consumables that have different effects.
