Premium Items?

Anybody know where/how to get Necklace of Power, Bracelet of the Absolute & cash shop pets? I've seen them in saves uploaded on here. Is there a mod that adds them to drops or vendor's inventory?

Last year Contra made a mod and thanks to his work everything except the premium shop is available in the game. Send him a private message, preferably in simplified Chinese, and ask if he'll do it.
