Unique augments for set pieces

Does anyone know what unique augments can be obtained on the set items? With such a low chance, did anyone ever get +3%CC on helm or +25%CDR on the shoulders?

Can't say I've ever seen those in-game, at least not in Global. Excluding Steam here, since a modder could make those happen at will.
I'd need to see the files in question to judge that assertion. Could be intended augments that weren't enabled, for instance, or just ones rare enough to not emerge during Global's lifetime. But I've also never seen a way of limiting affixes to specific pieces of specific grades - although the Set grade was their own invention, so I can't rule it out without first examining their files.
