What are those items for: Eye of Kurodon, and 1 1st Slate, Cryptex?

The Eye of Kurodon is used to access Kaibutsnatan again. See here, for instance: http://www.hellgateaus.cyou/forum/hellgate-global-general/help-with-kaibutsnatan/

The Slate was probably meant to be used in some later quest, but Tokyo itself was left incomplete. So that item has no use.

Cryptex was used to access Base Defense in Tokyo.

And sense i ply steam version that not has defense tower, so i delete it
