then I can't get it to do anything else

Just wait.... it will do something in a minute. It's just busy.

Also make sure your using NiteHawks v0.4 as it's the latest one out.... :)

I'm not using any NiteHawk at all as far as I know, what's that?

:shock: You are trying to 'squeeze' your entire, "unhelled" game content through hglzap, which makes absolutely no sense. Please read the installation instructions.
