Can't install SP_patch 1.2

Well apparently I have a SEA version, and there's no 1.2 patch for the HGL SEA. So guess I'm boned. Will never be able to enjoy HGL Revival.

Did you try the version I Pm'd you?  It's UK or USA, I think. Certainly not SEA, I updated it quite fine.

Your version actually doesn't work at all. Gives me blue screens. I burned my old version into an ISO and mounted with Daemon Tool. Installed it, works perfectly. Just can't update.

Actually, there is a SEA 1.2 patch - if that's your primary problem. Head to http://www.hellgateaus.cyou/forum/hellgate-london-download-patches/all-patches-direct-link/ and look for the hellgate_patch_sea_sp_121_180746.zip file.
