Mod where shields have mods?

I really wanna play Captain America style throwing shields willy nilly but unfortunately shields don't have fun effects like shield pen

London 2038 is the only mod I know of which offers this option - although there might be others and memory's just failing me.
If you're interested in the multiplayer version, you can visit the project's site and sign up there. If you'd rather play in an SP environment with this option, you can try Contra's port/mod.
