And you definitely need to get rid of the MSN icon for the shoutbox (ewww)

Oh ... and do we need a 'Forum Issues/Discussion' thread For questions/suggestions such as this? or perhaps a separate forum where people can post suggestions, comments or questions?

As a moderator you should learn to PM me these questions Shoutbox is here because it's a chat facility and it clutters the main page. I dunno, maybe I will move it back, depends on general consensus  :?:
