Delux De-Modificator
From Hellgate Global Wiki / Hellgate Resurrection Wiki
The Delux De-Modificator removes modifications that you have inserted into weapons in exchange for Palladium. Any modification can be removed from any weapon however there is a chance that your modification may be destroyed in the process. The success rate that you will be able to recover your modification varies according to the item quality of the modification being removed and any premium items provided.
